Training workshop on Harmonizing the Tanzanian APRM National Plan of Action into National Development Plans
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), in collaboration with APRM Continental Secretariat and Tanzania APRM national governing commission, organized a national training workshop entitled “Harmonizing the APRM Tanzania NPoA with the National Development Plans” in Zanzibar, Tanzania (24 to 25 August 2017).
During his visit (22nd and 23rd of August) the Minister announced that the UK government has dedicated almost £350 million ($450 million) to help build a more secure and prosperous Tanzania over the next three years.
Emerging Market Power (EMP) recently shared a positive news on the progress of the development of two wind projects across Tanzania, with construction expected to commence in 2019.
On Tuesday, the German Ambassador in Tanzania, H.E. Dr. Detlef Wächter, presented newly constructed office and staff buildings in Fort Ikoma to Professor Jumanne Maghembe, the Tanzanian Minister of Natural Resources and Tourism.
