The University of Manchester in the UK is offering a bursary for ICT4D (ICT for Development) for 2010 for the one-year MSc ICTs for Development degree programme. It is worth £6000. The only people who can apply are applicants from developing countries. This would be an excellent programme for students already in the UK to apply for, but would also be good for students who have a first degree and would like to go on to a Masters. The bursary does not cover all the funding needed, so you would need to search for additional funding, or get a part-time job.
