Jamar Nesbit sent me a great item about Mali from France 24. You can see the video of the process below.

For years tonnes of plastic bags have been tranforming the Malian city of Mopti into a giant trash bin. But one year ago a solution was found: collecting and transforming the plastic bags into paving stones.
